In the 17th minute Bilge Kağan Arısal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydın Şensal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aydın Şensal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdinç Erşahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Aydın Şensal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bilge Kağan Arısal in the 21st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nejat Alp İlkut to strike the kick off in the second half. Arif Kani charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Kani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nejat Alp İlkut who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Aydın Şensal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 73 minutes into the match, Bilge Kağan Arısal notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Dikimevi's Aydın Şensal.
