Harun Reşat came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by çilimlispor's Halil Saner. But to his dismay, Halil Saner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Harun Reşat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halil Saner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Turan Urangu struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Ender Çokman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vakfıkebir FC. Ender Çokman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ahmet Turan Urangu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Bahtiyar Binalp put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Vakfıkebir FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. In the 21st minute, Alkın Tanzer made a precise shot to the right of Harun Reşat. Vakfıkebir FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil Saner in the 30th minute of play forced Vakfıkebir FC's goalkeeper Harun Reşat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolga Altuğ charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolga Altuğ the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tolga Altuğ hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Vakfıkebir FC's Ahmet Turan Urangu got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oğuzcan Ongunsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. çilimlispor's Ender Çokman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Turan Urangu in the 61st minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Halil Saner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Harun Reşat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute, Halil Saner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harun Reşat. The goal made the score 1-7. Harun Reşat was a little too slow when Kamer Yaver got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 86th minute Ilgaz Öktürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harun Reşat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ahmet Turan Urangu came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Vakfıkebir FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Turan Urangu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of çilimlispor booed when Vakfıkebir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolga Altuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilgaz Öktürk in the 93rd minute of play forced Vakfıkebir FC's goalkeeper Harun Reşat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Turan Urangu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ender Çokman having to make a save. Harun Reşat made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Alkın Tanzer sent off a good shot on target. çilimlispor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
