The tension between the Digor JK and the S&S players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuralp Özselen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Digor JK's goal looked a bit too open when Güvenç Derman came free, but Mehmet Halis Başkara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Halis Başkara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybek Ahıska, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. If Çelik Kutay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The audience was convinced that Aybek Ahıska's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Halis Başkara was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 18thth minute of the game Aybek Ahıska who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Digor JK's Mehmet Halis Başkara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Ceyhan Sayar managed to get in a good position for a shot. S&S's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceyhan Sayar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Halis Başkara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
