Spectators: 7062 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Akören's Korhan Safih started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gürsel Ağaverdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korhan Safih in the 4th minute of play. Erdeniz Hekimbaşı might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Orhan İlhan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erdeniz Hekimbaşı ran back to his position shaking his head. 8 minutes into the match, Kafadar FC's Özgür Yuvakuran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Orhan İlhan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erdeniz Hekimbaşı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Kafadar FC's Özgür Yuvakuran in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akören's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Korcan Canser during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Akören booed when Kafadar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Korcan Canser didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Kafadar FC defense, Korhan Safih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gürsel Ağaverdi. The Kafadar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gürsel Ağaverdi should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Akören's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Yuvakuran came free, but Ahmet Orhan İlhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özgür Yuvakuran succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Ahmet Orhan İlhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdeniz Hekimbaşı in the 28th minute of the match. Kafadar FC's Özgür Yuvakuran got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Özgür Yuvakuran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Orhan İlhan having to interfere. Ahmet Orhan İlhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özgür Yuvakuran in the 37th minute of play. Ahmet Orhan İlhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Yuvakuran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Orhan İlhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erdeniz Hekimbaşı went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Akören's Anıl Ege Özveren pulled a muscle in his leg after 43 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Haldun Hüsrev charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haldun Hüsrev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Kafadar FC got a freekick which was hit by Haldun Hüsrev. After 46 played minutes Akören got a freekick which was hit by Davut Mutluer. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute Erdeniz Hekimbaşı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Orhan İlhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 played minutes Kafadar FC got a freekick which was hit by Özgür Yuvakuran. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özgür Yuvakuran in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Orhan İlhan saved Akören from getting behind. Gürsel Ağaverdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korhan Safih in the 69th minute of play. Ahmet Orhan İlhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Yuvakuran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 76th minute of the match Ahmet Korcan Canser completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ahmet Korcan Canser a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Erdeniz Hekimbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abdurrahim Serdar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kadim Bostan scored 3-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Orhan İlhan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erdeniz Hekimbaşı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kafadar FC's Erdeniz Hekimbaşı got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Kafadar FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
