Bayrampaşa's Tahsin Yalazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mirza Çetinel in the 21st minute of play. Şerif Yalınalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Süreyya Arıtan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Hayrettin Şahbender made a huge save. If Süreyya Arıtan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Saip Akil fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BEŞİKTAŞ J.K's protests and gave Saip Akil a yellow card for diving instead. 56 minutes into the match, BEŞİKTAŞ J.K's goal looked a bit too open when Süreyya Arıtan came free, but Hayrettin Şahbender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayrampaşa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
