Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abdülhak İdrisoğlu started the match with the kick off. Abdülhak İdrisoğlu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 3rd playminute. YOZGAT 1959 FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abdülhak İdrisoğlu in the 8th minute. Gökalp Nefi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Sezer İlke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Metin Sarduç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuzalp Aksel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdülhak İdrisoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sezer İlke having to interfere. Berkem Coşkunsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdülhak İdrisoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Sezer İlke made a huge save. Metin Sarduç came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Yenihisar FK's Seyhun Uslu. But to his dismay, Seyhun Uslu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yenihisar FK's goalkeeper Sezer İlke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Raşit Rasih fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YOZGAT 1959 FK's protests and gave Raşit Rasih a yellow card for diving instead. Raşit Rasih hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Metin Sarduç was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anıl Arda Yalap. The supporters of Yenihisar FK booed when YOZGAT 1959 FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raşit Rasih didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuzalp Aksel in the 64th minute of play forced YOZGAT 1959 FK's goalkeeper Metin Sarduç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Gökalp Nefi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sezer İlke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdülhak İdrisoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berkem Coşkunsu in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sezer İlke saved Yenihisar FK from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Yenihisar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdülhak İdrisoğlu came free, but Sezer İlke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berkem Coşkunsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sezer İlke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Sezer İlke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdülhak İdrisoğlu in the 93rd minute of play. Berkem Coşkunsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the YOZGAT 1959 FK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
