In the 15th minute, one of Horasan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Horasan. 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 17 played minutes, when Necatibey:s Talha Karluk calmly waited for Horasan:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The supporters of Horasan booed when Necatibey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cumali Çelebioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Cevdet Tezkan managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Necatibey's Cumali Çelebioğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Horasan getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Tansel Esentürk hit a great ball. Cevdet Tezkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Berkant Bozoğluer in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Necatibey's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Emre Tunçhan came free, but Alkın Sekib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match Hacı Ali Dengiz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cevdet Tezkan skillfully saved the ball. Habib Raci charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in Horasan's zone, Mustafa Hakan Vacit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cevdet Tezkan came out of the goal and Mustafa Hakan Vacit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cumali Çelebioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cevdet Tezkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Abdurrahman Razi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Necatibey fans cheered their team off the field, for while Horasan had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
