Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bayram Akıncıbeyoğlu kicked off to start the match. Berat Zorbey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batur Semdin having to interfere. The supporters of Küre booed when DARDANEL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songur Yiğitkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baskın Bilge took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Batur Semdin. DARDANEL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aktaç Zümer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Muharrem Yalçınkaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Batur Semdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktürk Civanbaht, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Songur Yiğitkan during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to DARDANEL getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Songur Yiğitkan hit a great ball. When Göktürk Civanbaht came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Küre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Göktürk Civanbaht couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Berat Zorbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Batur Semdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batur Semdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berat Zorbey in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Berkem Özakıncı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute of the match Aydemir Kartal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Batur Semdin skillfully saved the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Göktürk Civanbaht stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the DARDANEL defense, Berat Zorbey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Batur Semdin. The DARDANEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Batur Semdin should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, DARDANEL's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Göktürk Civanbaht fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Batur Semdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göktürk Civanbaht in the 67th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Bayram Akıncıbeyoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DARDANEL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bayram Akıncıbeyoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 played minutes Küre got a freekick which was hit by Baskın Bilge. In the 77th minute, Aktaç Zümer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in DARDANEL's zone, Berat Zorbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batur Semdin came out of the goal and Berat Zorbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Berat Zorbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Batur Semdin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göktürk Civanbaht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muharrem Yalçınkaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aktaç Zümer in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Berat Zorbey took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Batur Semdin to make any attempt to save it. Küre played a much better game than DARDANEL and deserved their victory. The DARDANEL players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
