Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Erdal Arslanşah started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Agri's Ergün Kıralp got a free kick in the 7th minute. Erdal Arslanşah might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vehdi Varol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erdal Arslanşah ran back to his position shaking his head. Vehdi Varol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erdal Arslanşah showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayati Asıf in the 22nd minute of play forced Agri's goalkeeper Ali Numan Bakırcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vehdi Varol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erdal Arslanşah in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Hüseyin Akgöze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdal Arslanşah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 29 minutes, Hüseyin Akgöze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hüseyin Akgöze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hüsrev Vargın kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Birol Acar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 minutes, Bulut Selil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burakege and the Agri players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Agri booed when Burakege was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bulut Selil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdal Arslanşah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vehdi Varol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Hayati Asıf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Burakege's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agri the free kick. Hayati Asıf hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 46th play minute Hüseyin Akgöze came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vehdi Varol. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Birol Acar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Birol Acar might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Numan Bakırcı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Birol Acar ran back to his position shaking his head. Ilgaz Yaldırak charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilgaz Yaldırak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Agri got a freekick which was hit by Ilgaz Yaldırak. When Serdar Satılmış came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Burakege fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serdar Satılmış couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Agri's Ali Numan Bakırcı got control of the ball when Serdar Satılmış tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serdar Satılmış sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Burakege's Hayati Asıf got a free kick in the 64th minute. Erdal Arslanşah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vehdi Varol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serdar Satılmış received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ali Numan Bakırcı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birol Acar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ali Numan Bakırcı came out and tried to block the shot, but Birol Acar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 75th minute. Birol Acar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Agri's zone, Birol Acar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Numan Bakırcı came out of the goal and Birol Acar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birol Acar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Numan Bakırcı read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Birol Acar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Numan Bakırcı having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Agri fans cheered their team off the field, for while Burakege had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
