With a left leg Güral Omay saved Galatasaray from getting behind. With a little luck, Galatasaray's Güral Omay got control of the ball when Bican Urangu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, DOĞAN SK's Mevlüt Onar got a free kick in the 10th minute. Bican Urangu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 13th minute. DOĞAN SK's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The supporters of DOĞAN SK booed when Galatasaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağatay Tuğkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Bican Urangu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Güral Omay was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Engin Turgut hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nurettin Özerdim got free with Güral Omay in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nurettin Özerdim received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Güral Omay came out and tried to block the shot, but Nurettin Özerdim slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 41st minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abbas Ilgınlı to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurettin Özerdim in the 56th minute of play forced Galatasaray's goalkeeper Güral Omay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nizam Sunullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbas Ilgınlı in the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Nurettin Özerdim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abbas Ilgınlı ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mahsun Bicanoğlu during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mahsun Bicanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match.
