K's attentive Devlet Toköz managed to snatch the ball when Birdal Ergüç made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. Sarp Aktaş kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Ali Asım Tezel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Önder Tapgaç in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Gürol Demirbaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kagithane FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gürol Demirbaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Asım Tezel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Asım Tezel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Demirbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cüneyd Eryilmaz fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Güngören Gücü F. K's protests and gave Cüneyd Eryilmaz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Cüneyd Eryilmaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orhun Beyazit made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when kaya Çağa sent off a good shot on target. Yüce İmar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Güngören Gücü F. K's zone, Önder Tapgaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Asım Tezel came out of the goal and Önder Tapgaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Güngören Gücü F. K's goalkeeper Ali Asım Tezel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Kagithane FC booed when Güngören Gücü F. K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baran Bilge Kirtekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Kagithane FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Önder Tapgaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Kagithane FC's Önder Tapgaç ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ali Asım Tezel. Ali Asım Tezel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After a rather tough play, Güngören Gücü F. K's Baran Bilge Kirtekin got a free kick in the 59th minute. Ali Asım Tezel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Önder Tapgaç in the 66th minute of the match. Gürol Demirbaş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Asım Tezel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Orhun Beyazit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yüce İmar in the 69th minute of the match. Serkan Barın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serkan Barın hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Önder Tapgaç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Serkan Barın came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Kagithane FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serkan Barın couldn't finish the play. If Serkan Barın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Asım Tezel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Tapgaç in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Önder Tapgaç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Asım Tezel was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Önder Tapgaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Asım Tezel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Reşit Sarıcabay threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kagithane FC's Burhan Hekimhanlı quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Bircan Keçeci charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
