Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yüce İmar started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute of the match, Serhat Başel got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reşit Sarıcabay was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Semi Zaik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baran Bilge Kirtekin went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 7 played minutes Dogansehir got a freekick which was hit by İdris Bürge. Baran Bilge Kirtekin's late challenge caught a Dogansehir's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baran Bilge Kirtekin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Baran Bilge Kirtekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute of the match Özal Usum sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reşit Sarıcabay skillfully saved the ball. Baran Bilge Kirtekin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Oğuzalp Kadrettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Reşit Sarıcabay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semi Zaik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Dalmaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Yüce İmar came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Kahta SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yüce İmar couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute, Dursun Açıkel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reşit Sarıcabay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. If Adnan Dalmaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kahta SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Serhat Başel scored to the left of an out of position Reşit Sarıcabay, making the score, 2-1. Serhat Başels short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Reşit Sarıcabay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, Kahta SK's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzalp Kadrettin came free, but Reşit Sarıcabay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dogansehir's Özal Usum got a free kick in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dogansehir's zone, Yüce İmar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Semi Zaik came out of the goal and Yüce İmar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reşit Sarıcabay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oğuzalp Kadrettin in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, Kahta SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bircan Keçeci to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Oğuzalp Kadrettin made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Oğuzalp Kadrettin put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Reşit Sarıcabay. In the 64th minute Özal Usum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reşit Sarıcabay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Dogansehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mete Serter to maneuver through the defense. After 74 minutes, Serhat Başel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dogansehir and the Kahta SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Dogansehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serhat Başel to maneuver through the defense. Emrullah Tokuz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Yüce İmar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kahta SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Kahta SK's Baran Bilge Kirtekin got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Baran Bilge Kirtekin off the ground. In the 85th minute, Baran Bilge Kirtekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serhat Başel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reşit Sarıcabay having to interfere. Semi Zaik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yüce İmar in the 93rd minute. After 95 minutes of play, Dogansehir's Dursun Açıkel made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reşit Sarıcabay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kahta SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
