Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Köycegiz SK's Ahmet Efe Eğilmez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sertaç Serhun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sertaç Serhun. Sertaç Serhun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 played minutes Köycegiz SK got a freekick which was hit by Yenal Taze. Galatasaray's Akil Ülken got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Ahmet Efe Eğilmez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sertaç Serhun was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Efe Eğilmez in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sertaç Serhun saved Galatasaray from getting behind. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ahmet Efe Eğilmez sped through Galatasaray's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sertaç Serhun. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertaç Serhun having to interfere. Doğuhan Evliya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nejat Uysal in the 26th minute. If Ahmet Efe Eğilmez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sertaç Serhun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayyam Serdengeçti in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Hayyam Serdengeçti made a precise shot to the right of Sertaç Serhun. Galatasaray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 37 minutes into the match, Ahmet Efe Eğilmez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sertaç Serhun. Galatasaray's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Efe Eğilmez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 46 minutes into the match, Galatasaray's goal looked a bit too open when Hayyam Serdengeçti came free, but Sertaç Serhun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akil Ülken stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Tayyip Hakyemez made a precise shot to the right of Doğuhan Evliya. Köycegiz SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Bülent Şemsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sertaç Serhun came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Efe Eğilmez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 61st minute. Sertaç Serhun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayyam Serdengeçti, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When Köycegiz SK's Yenal Taze in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galatasaray's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertaç Serhun. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Köycegiz SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bora Han Yalınayak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Köycegiz SK's zone, Akil Ülken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğuhan Evliya came out of the goal and Akil Ülken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. Köycegiz SK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sertaç Serhun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Eğilmez in the 77th minute of play. Hayyam Serdengeçti hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Hayyam Serdengeçti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sertaç Serhun having to make a save. In the 91st match minute, Köycegiz SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yenal Taze to maneuver through the defense. Sertaç Serhun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Altan Cenan, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ahmet Efe Eğilmez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertaç Serhun having to interfere. Köycegiz SK played a much better game than Galatasaray and deserved their victory. The Galatasaray players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
