Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kizilay's Işık Çağlayan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, one of Kizilay:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Behçet Salman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Işık Çağlayan in the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Patnos JK's zone, Nadir Vefakar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Behçet Salman came out of the goal and Nadir Vefakar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Patnos JK's goal looked a bit too open when Işık Çağlayan came free, but Behçet Salman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nadir Vefakar in the 23rd minute of play forced Patnos JK's goalkeeper Behçet Salman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirkelam Akşin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Recep Aysan having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Işık Çağlayan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Patnos JK's Behçet Salman. Behçet Salman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Işık Çağlayan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. Recep Aysan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cevahir Yılhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Çelikan Tezcan's late challenge caught a Patnos JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Mirkelam Akşin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Altan Taykoç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Ahmet Efe Durukan from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Behçet Salman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cevahir Yılhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Patnos JK's Mirkelam Akşin got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Işık Çağlayan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Behçet Salman, passed just outside the right post. Işık Çağlayan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Behçet Salman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
