Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mehmet Akif Naci started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tuna Kutertan made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Yetkin Midilli sent off a good shot on target. Etiler FK's Behçet Başkara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Akif Naci in the 4th minute of play. Malatyaspor's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mustafa Orhan Sadreddin 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Yetkin Midillis short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Tuna Kutertan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Bedir Bozbora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Mehmet Akif Naci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malatyaspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Akif Naci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedir Bozbora in the 26th minute of play forced Etiler FK's goalkeeper Behçet Başkara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tuna Kutertan came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Etiler FK's Yetkin Midilli. But to his dismay, Yetkin Midilli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, Mehmet Akif Naci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Behçet Başkara. Etiler FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Akif Naci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mustafa Orhan Sadreddin to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Çelebi Ayaydın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malatyaspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Çelebi Ayaydın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Behçet Başkara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Akif Naci struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Behçet Başkara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malatyaspor. Rüştü Eröz's late challenge caught a Malatyaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rüştü Eröz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Malatyaspor booed when Etiler FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüştü Eröz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bedir Bozbora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Behçet Başkara having to make a save. Etiler FK's Behçet Başkara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çelebi Ayaydın in the 61st minute of play. After 66 minutes, Yetkin Midilli made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Malatyaspor's Tuna Kutertan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tuna Kutertan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yetkin Midilli in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Malatyaspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haşmet Can to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Orhan Sadreddin struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bedir Bozbora got free with Behçet Başkara in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tuna Kutertan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yetkin Midilli's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Mustafa Orhan Sadreddin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuna Kutertan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Etiler FK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ali Emir Tanyolaç hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Malatyaspor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Etiler FK.
