Recep Aysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keramettin Esay in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Pamukova SK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ahmet Vefik Eker hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Kizilay's Işık Çağlayan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After recieving a nice pass, Pamukova SK's Çağdaş Belen tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ahmet Fikret Erdurmus made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Nadir Vefakar sent off a good shot on target. Fehmi Haylaz's late challenge caught a Kizilay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fehmi Haylaz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Fehmi Haylaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Fikret Erdurmus didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. If Nadir Vefakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keramettin Esay in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Recep Aysan saved Kizilay from getting behind. Işık Çağlayan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keramettin Esay struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Recep Aysan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pamukova SK. The supporters of Pamukova SK booed when Kizilay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Efe Durukan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Muharrem Yavuzcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pamukova SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muharrem Yavuzcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fehmi Haylaz hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Keramettin Esay to strike the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Erdem Bayazid got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Kizilay getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ahmet Erdem Bayazid hit a great ball. If Keramettin Esay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Fikret Erdurmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nadir Vefakar in the 69th minute of play. Muharrem Yavuzcan might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Recep Aysan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Muharrem Yavuzcan ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Pamukova SK's goal looked a bit too open when Nadir Vefakar came free, but Ahmet Fikret Erdurmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muharrem Yavuzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Recep Aysan came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Pamukova SK's Muharrem Yavuzcan. But to his dismay, Muharrem Yavuzcan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ahmet Fikret Erdurmus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nadir Vefakar in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kizilay had won after a very even match.
