After 13 played minutes Kavaklidere FK got a freekick which was hit by Cemalettin Tozan. If Şensoy Akağan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şensoy Akağan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arif Bilge Başdaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yetkin Sahat in the 19th minute of play forced Kavaklidere FK's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Başdaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Aybar Ekiner took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Özgür Vecid to make any attempt to save it. 29 minutes into the match, Eski's goalkeeper Özgür Vecid had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Süleyman Şenalp. After having played for 32 minutes, Şensoy Akağan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şensoy Akağan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafettin Reşit's late challenge caught a Eski's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafettin Reşit helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kavaklidere FK getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rafettin Reşit hit a great ball. Kavaklidere FK's Arif Bilge Başdaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şensoy Akağan in the 36th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yetkin Sahat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Bilge Başdaş was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aybar Ekiner in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özgür Vecid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 48th minute Aybar Ekiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özgür Vecid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Şensoy Akağan made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Şensoy Akağan took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Arif Bilge Başdaş to make any attempt to save it. Aybar Ekiner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Özgür Vecid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. If Yetkin Sahat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eski's Yetkin Sahat pulled a muscle in his back after 60 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After a rather tough play, Kavaklidere FK's Kadim Sevgen got a free kick in the 61st minute. Zekeriya Usberk's late challenge caught a Kavaklidere FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zekeriya Usberk helped the player get up and apologised. Nuratay Gerdaneri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Eski's zone, Süleyman Şenalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özgür Vecid came out of the goal and Süleyman Şenalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kavaklidere FK's goalkeeper Arif Bilge Başdaş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Şensoy Akağan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Bilge Başdaş was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 91st match minute, Kavaklidere FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cemalettin Tozan to maneuver through the defense. Şensoy Akağan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
