Ali Kaan Kamver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seyrani Yezid in the 12th minute of the match. goviza's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erim Sarphan 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Sedat Korcan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kıraç Rikap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tayyip Onurad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Seyrani Yezid might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Kaan Kamver. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seyrani Yezid ran back to his position shaking his head. Tayyip Onurad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mersin İdman Yurdu's Ali Kaan Kamver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seyrani Yezid in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to goviza getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Musa Şahdar hit a great ball. goviza's Sedat Korcan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save goviza from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erim Sarphan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Mersin İdman Yurdu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kıraç Rikap to maneuver through the defense. Mersin İdman Yurdu's Ali Kaan Kamver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Mersin İdman Yurdu from getting a goal against them. Sedat Korcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erim Sarphan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. goviza's Sedat Korcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kıraç Rikap in the 63rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, goviza's Ali Kaan Kamver threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tayyip Onurad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 66 minutes into the game, Mersin İdman Yurdu's Şahin Ağaverdi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sedat Korcan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, goviza's goal looked a bit too open when Kıraç Rikap came free, but Sedat Korcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Kaan Kamver made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Seyrani Yezid sent off a good shot on target. Ali Kaan Kamver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayyip Onurad in the 79th minute of play. goviza were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Mersin İdman Yurdu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dilmen Evvah took the corner. After taking down the ball on goviza's corner Dilmen Evvah fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ali Kaan Kamver quite easily take care of the ball. If Seyrani Yezid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Mersin İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Şahin Ağaverdi hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, goviza's goal looked a bit too open when Kıraç Rikap came free, but Sedat Korcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mersin İdman Yurdu had won after a very even match.
