After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Chucho Benitez managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇAN SPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Chucho Benitez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rüştü Çoğa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Chucho Benitez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÇAN SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 14th minute, ÇAN SPOR's Chucho Benitez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rüştü Çoğa. Rüştü Çoğa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 20th minute Muhsin Karaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuzhan Er saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chucho Benitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rüştü Çoğa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, ÇAN SPOR's Chucho Benitez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Chucho Benitez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Rüştü Çoğa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chucho Benitez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rüştü Çoğa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Chucho Benitez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rüştü Çoğa was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Karol Teofila took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Rüştü Çoğa to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umur Oytun in the 40th minute of play forced ÇAN SPOR's goalkeeper Oğuzhan Er to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Chucho Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of ÇAN SPOR booed when Bingöl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şükrü Öztanır didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Bingöl:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ÇAN SPOR:s goal. In the 48th minute, the referee gave ÇAN SPOR a penalty. Alparslan Ruhsat looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Rüştü Çoğa.

When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Chucho Benitez sped through Bingöl's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rüştü Çoğa. A sloppy throw-in by Şentürk Irak in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ÇAN SPOR's Serhan Ahsen. Rüştü Çoğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chucho Benitez, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Şentürk Irak threw the ball into play from the sideline. ÇAN SPOR's Serhan Ahsen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 60th minute, Serhan Ahsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
