Azim Cansal made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ahmet Korcan Cumali. Gaziantep's Mutlu Ulutan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Gaziantep from getting a goal against them. HacıBaba's Serbülent Kamaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aras Görkem Seyidhan in the 37th minute of play. Kemal Çelikel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mutlu Ulutan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nedim Batırhan to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ziya Somer during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 53 minutes into the match, Ahmet Korcan Cumali had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mutlu Ulutan. Köksal Çakar took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mutlu Ulutan. Mutlu Ulutan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Serbülent Kamaci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acun Omural, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaziantep were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after HacıBaba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nedim Batırhan took the corner. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. HacıBaba had played much better football throughout.
