The supporters of Mardin 1969 Spor booed when Kumluca SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabahattin Koca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kamil Özok took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genco Sağman made a kick off. Kamil Özok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute Genco Sağman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir stood somewhat misplaced when Genco Sağman came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 56 minute. Genco Sağman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir having to make a save. If Genco Sağman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Genco Sağman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Kamil Özok made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 70thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Genco Sağman struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kumluca SK. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Mardin 1969 Spor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kumluca SK:s goal.
