The referee ignored FC Guguda's protests and gave Ahmet Refik Özilhan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Gazipasa SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğan Sanbay to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Altuğ Tuğsavan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla Kağan Perinçek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdem Yavuzcan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Atilla Kağan Perinçek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bayezit İslamoğlu in the 17th minute. Altuğ Tuğsavan hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Mustafa Anıl Sina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gazipasa SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Anıl Sina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bahadırhan Yalman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bahadırhan Yalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Anıl Sina, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Gazipasa SK booed when FC Guguda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merih Pekant didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doğan Sanbay couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Talha Uğuray during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bayezit İslamoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gazipasa SK's Erdem Yavuzcan got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doğan Sanbay struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Bahadırhan Yalman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gazipasa SK. Erdem Yavuzcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Doğan Sanbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gazipasa SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğan Sanbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mustafa Anıl Sina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Guguda's zone, Doğan Sanbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bahadırhan Yalman came out of the goal and Doğan Sanbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğan Sanbay might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bahadırhan Yalman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doğan Sanbay ran back to his position shaking his head. Gazipasa SK's Doğan Sanbay got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gazipasa SK's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Guguda had won, even though Gazipasa SK had held more of the ball.
