When Asaf Tüzüner came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Ilica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asaf Tüzüner couldn't finish the play. Soner Dündar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bahadırhan Yalman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Guguda getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Talha Uğuray hit a great ball. The referee ignored FC Guguda's protests and gave Talha Uğuray a yellow card for diving instead. If Asaf Tüzüner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahadırhan Yalman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soner Dündar in the 37th minute of the match. Asaf Tüzüner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahadırhan Yalman having to interfere. Asaf Tüzüner struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Bahadırhan Yalman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilica. In the 47th minute, Soner Dündar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bahadırhan Yalman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Ilica were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
