Spectators: 7571 (Terracing: 5680, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 150) Babür Özbek made the kick off and thus started the match. When Ergincan Riva came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Ergani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ergincan Riva couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, King Víkingsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aydemir Nefer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Aydemir Nefer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aslan Arslanoğlu went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Aydemir Nefer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aslan Arslanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Gaffar Kelami in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aydemir Nefer saved Ergani from getting behind. Ergani's Babür Özbek got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Babür Özbek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nikos Valassas. That made the score 1-2 in the 34 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aslan Arslanoğlu in the 39th minute of play forced Ergani's goalkeeper Aydemir Nefer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of 1949 Kartalspor booed when Ergani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulvahit Onurkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pekin Parskan charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pekin Parskan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pekin Parskan hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aslan Arslanoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babür Özbek in the 51st minute of play forced 1949 Kartalspor's goalkeeper Nikos Valassas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aydemir Nefer made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Arif Gaffar Kelami sent off a good shot on target. Ergani's Aydemir Nefer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Ergani from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Arif Gaffar Kelami had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aydemir Nefer. Ergani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Gaffar Kelami was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Aydemir Nefer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Arif Gaffar Kelami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Aydemir Nefer made a huge save. Ezequiel Aballe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aydemir Nefer having to interfere. With his leg Aydemir Nefer managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when 1949 Kartalspor's Diaz Jofre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 75th minute, İsmail Erüstün made a precise shot to the right of Nikos Valassas. 1949 Kartalspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 82nd minute Ezequiel Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydemir Nefer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aslan Arslanoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Aydemir Nefer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diaz Jofre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 played minutes Aslan Arslanoğlu rounded Ergani's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-4. 1949 Kartalspor's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
