A collision led to ★Kastamonu★ getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aktaç Taykut hit a great ball. ★Kastamonu★'s Haluk Yelmen got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ertan Kayan kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Baturalp Orgunalp came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Zenozena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baturalp Orgunalp couldn't finish the play. If Haluk Yelmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Orhun Vahdettin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Zenozena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orhun Vahdettin couldn't finish the play. Semih Çelebioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haluk Yelmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eyüp Şömel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturalp Orgunalp in the 28th minute of play. Orhun Vahdettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eyüp Şömel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baturalp Orgunalp went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Semih Çelebioğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haluk Yelmen's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute of the match Kayhan Himmet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eyüp Şömel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Zenozena were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baturalp Orgunalp made a kick off. If Pearce Letsch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The excitement rose when Zenozena's Miguel Fonseca after 60 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for ★Kastamonu★'s goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-2. Baturalp Orgunalp in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eyüp Şömel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aktaç Taykut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ertan Kayan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Semih Çelebioğlu having to interfere. Zenozena's Pearce Letsch got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Orhun Vahdettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eyüp Şömel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baturalp Orgunalp's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Zenozena left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ★Kastamonu★.
