İldeniz Kutlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice moves Beşir Konguralp could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Karadeniz Geçimoğlu however easily saved by the left post. Sinan Tuluk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ahmet İren came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Piraziz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet İren couldn't finish the play. Ahmet İren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Samim Ersoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Piraziz's Serter Özgunes got a free kick in the 21st minute. Kütahya FK's Remzi Şafak got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remzi Şafak got free with Karadeniz Geçimoğlu in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet İren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İldeniz Kutlu having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Piraziz's Ahmet İren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İldeniz Kutlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karadeniz Geçimoğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Beşir Konguralp showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 38 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet İren to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Emir Yalazan in the 55th minute of play forced Piraziz's goalkeeper Karadeniz Geçimoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Remzi Şafak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Piraziz's zone, Remzi Şafak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karadeniz Geçimoğlu came out of the goal and Remzi Şafak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute Sinan Tuluk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İldeniz Kutlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karadeniz Geçimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remzi Şafak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Samim Ersoy fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piraziz's protests and gave Samim Ersoy a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kütahya FK booed when Piraziz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samim Ersoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remzi Şafak hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ahmet İren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of İldeniz Kutlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karadeniz Geçimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beşir Konguralp in the 89th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İzzet Vahat during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Piraziz booed when Kütahya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. İzzet Vahat didn't get a good kick on the ball.
