Cevdet Özsungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guguk Kuşu's Cevdet Özsungur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güney Gökçek in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökhun Yetkiner in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uğurcan Rafih saved Güzelyali SK from getting behind. Doğaner Şirvan struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Cevdet Özsungur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Güzelyali SK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yılmaz Talayman in the 40th minute of play forced Güzelyali SK's goalkeeper Uğurcan Rafih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Guguk Kuşu's attentive Gökhun Yetkiner managed to snatch the ball when İlhan Hikmettin made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Güney Gökçek's late challenge caught a Guguk Kuşu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Güney Gökçek helped the player get up and apologised. If Gökhun Yetkiner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Orçun Pekol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Özbek Akyol kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Cevdet Özsungur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orçun Pekol in the 71st minute of play. Bican Baytüze kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Güzelyali SK were awarded a corner. İlhan Hikmettin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Güzelyali SK's İlhan Hikmettin to fire away a dangerous shot which Cevdet Özsungur despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 79th minute, İbrahim User hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guguk Kuşu's Gökhun Yetkiner got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guguk Kuşu were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Güzelyali SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Seyfi Ziverbey took the corner. Seyfi Ziverbey made a great header on Guguk Kuşu's corner, it was just that Güzelyali SK's Uğurcan Rafih managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Güzelyali SK had won after a very even match.
