Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rıfkı Açar kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, Şanver Uğurlubey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balikesir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pütürge the free kick. Şanver Uğurlubey kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Ali Berkant Kudret fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balikesir's protests and gave Ali Berkant Kudret a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Balikesir got a freekick which was hit by Ali Berkant Kudret. Pütürge's Behzat Cebeci couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Balikesir. A sloppy throw-in by Ahmet Ege Yurdaer in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Balikesir's İlhami Dölek. In the 8th minute, Rıfkı Açar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Ali Hamza Özhan made a precise shot to the right of Turan Akdemir. Pütürge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Balikesir's Yağızalp Ortunc slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Turan Akdemir. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. Ali Hamza Özhan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 30th playminute. In the 33rd minute, one of Pütürge:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pütürge. 38 minutes into the match, Pütürge's goalkeeper Turan Akdemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evald Varblane. If Yağızalp Ortunc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Turan Akdemir came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Balikesir's Ali Hamza Özhan. But to his dismay, Ali Hamza Özhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Doruk Harmandalı's late challenge caught a Pütürge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Doruk Harmandalı helped the player get up and apologised. Pütürge's Turan Akdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evald Varblane in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Evald Varblane made a precise shot to the right of Turan Akdemir. Pütürge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Pütürge's Turan Akdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağızalp Ortunc in the 65th minute of play. Turan Akdemir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Turan Akdemir came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Balikesir's Ali Hamza Özhan. But to his dismay, Ali Hamza Özhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 85 minutes into the game, Üzeyir Uçbay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balikesir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pütürge the free kick. After a rather tough play, Balikesir's Çağrı Onursu got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Behzat Cebeci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlhami Dölek kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. There was no doubt that Balikesir were the better team. Balikesir's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
