Guguk Kuşu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albano Depsch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cevdet Özsungur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Iacovone in the 28th minute of play. Benê Vidal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cevdet Özsungur having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

51 minutes into the match, Guguk Kuşu's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Iacovone came free, but Cevdet Özsungur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Albano Depsch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cevdet Özsungur was a little too slow when Enrico Iacovone got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-3. Guguk Kuşu's Cevdet Özsungur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Guguk Kuşu from getting a goal against them. Enrico Iacovone took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cevdet Özsungur. Cevdet Özsungur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökhun Yetkiner in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zafer Tavil saved Pertevniyal from getting behind. 81 minutes into the game, Enrico Iacovone recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cevdet Özsungur. Enrico Iacovone showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Seyfi Ziverbey's late challenge caught a Pertevniyal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seyfi Ziverbey helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Seyfi Ziverbey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Pertevniyal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guguk Kuşu.
