Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Başaran Durhal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marek Raschke. Başaran Durhal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Lucas Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doğan Okbaş hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Lucas Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahri Uyarel having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, one of Yenicaga JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yenicaga JK. 33 minutes into the game, Adem Nefer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gürsu JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yenicaga JK the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ozan Perinçek in the 36th minute of play forced Yenicaga JK's goalkeeper Bahri Uyarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emin Cansever fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürsu JK's protests and gave Emin Cansever a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes Gürsu JK got a freekick which was hit by Emin Cansever. After a rather tough play, Yenicaga JK's Yavuz Selimhan Otay got a free kick in the 45th minute. Yenicaga JK's Bahri Uyarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emin Cansever in the 46th minute of play. The Yenicaga JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gürsu JK were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Başaran Durhal made a kick off. Birsel Karakan struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Bahri Uyarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gürsu JK. Lucas Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Bahri Uyarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Yenicaga JK's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Moura came free, but Bahri Uyarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Alper Nadi fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yenicaga JK's protests and gave Alper Nadi a yellow card for diving instead. Marek Raschke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Başaran Durhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yenicaga JK's Başaran Durhal got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lucas Moura took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bahri Uyarel. Bahri Uyarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Bahri Uyarel made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Birsel Karakan sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Gürsu JK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yenicaga JK.
