Poyraz Işınay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Songurbey İslamoğlu made a huge save. In the 9th match minute, Silifke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilmi Ethem to maneuver through the defense. If Bozkurt Kayacan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Silifke's goal looked a bit too open when Denizhan Sağun came free, but Hamdullah Tapgaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poyraz Işınay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Songurbey İslamoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Bozkurt Kayacan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamdullah Tapgaç was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hilmi Ethem charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Denizhan Sağun came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Sindirgi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denizhan Sağun couldn't finish the play. Sindirgi's Songurbey İslamoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62ndth minute of the game Poyraz Işınay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sindirgi's Songurbey İslamoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 67 minutes, Poyraz Işınay made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sindirgi's Songurbey İslamoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Songurbey İslamoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Songurbey İslamoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poyraz Işınay in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Silifke fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sindirgi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
