Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faruk Satvet started the match with the kick off. If Ergün Sümeroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orhan Seyfi Şölen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bass Sutens having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Sivasspor jk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayati Usal to maneuver through the defense. Faruk Satvet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Bass Sutens made a huge save. In the 22nd minute Faruk Satvet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bass Sutens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Mehmet Bilge İleri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sivasspor jk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faruk Satvet in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bass Sutens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Faruk Satvet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bass Sutens. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. In the 38th minute Yenisehir were awarded a corner. Faruk Satvet went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Orhan Seyfi Şölen to score against Bass Sutens in Sivasspor jk's goal. 2-1 after 38 minutes. Bass Sutens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faruk Satvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kutlualp Başkurt was the one to do the kick off. Caner Katib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Haşim Ulun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bass Sutens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faruk Satvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sivasspor jk's Münir Ersevim got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Behzat Toregün fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sivasspor jk's protests and gave Behzat Toregün a yellow card for diving instead. 67 minutes into the game, one of Sivasspor jk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Yenisehir. Faruk Satvet stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bass Sutens. 3-1. Faruk Satvet took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bass Sutens. Bass Sutens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. When Ahmet Rıfat Tezel fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yenisehir's protests and gave Ahmet Rıfat Tezel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Yenisehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Rıfat Tezel to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Sivasspor jk's goal looked a bit too open when Orhan Seyfi Şölen came free, but Bass Sutens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yenisehir's supporters rose to their feet, but Ergün Sümeroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bass Sutens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sivasspor jk's Bass Sutens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faruk Satvet in the 92nd minute of play. Münir Ersevim kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
