The supporters of Sivasspor jk booed when Yiğit İnce Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akın Dağasan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kutlualp Başkurt in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ahmet Ege Öğeturk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmet Ege Öğeturk was a little too slow when Mehmet Bilge İleri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Yiğit İnce Spor Kulübü's zone, Caner Katib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Ege Öğeturk came out of the goal and Caner Katib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Münir Ersevim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sivasspor jk's supporters rose to their feet, but Münir Ersevim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Ege Öğeturk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Bilge İleri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kutlualp Başkurt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ahmet Ege Öğeturk made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
