Nusrettin Tarim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Genzo Wakabayashi's Demirhan Salti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nusrettin Tarim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Demirhan Salti notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Cakirlar SK's Nusrettin Tarim. Nusrettin Tarim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Haşmet Özilhan came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nusrettin Tarim could save by the left post. 19 minutes into the game, Cakirlar SK's Mustafa Cumhur Kutbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Engin Mahçup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Cakirlar SK's goalkeeper Nusrettin Tarim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haşmet Özilhan. Nusrettin Tarim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Demirhan Salti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 38 minute of play. Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nurkan Sökmensu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 50th minute Cakirlar SK were awarded a corner. Adil Necat went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Adil Necat got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The supporters of Cakirlar SK booed when Genzo Wakabayashi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyhun Öktuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Nurkan Sökmensu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktürk Akoğul, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Göktürk Akoğul struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cakirlar SK. In the 67th minute, Göktürk Akoğul made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Bedri Erginsoy. Genzo Wakabayashi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. In the 69th match minute, Cakirlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Cumhur Kutbay to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the game, Cakirlar SK's Göktürk Akoğul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nusrettin Tarim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demirhan Salti in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Genzo Wakabayashi's Seyhun Öktuğ got a free kick in the 94th minute. Adil Necat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nusrettin Tarim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haşmet Özilhan's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. The Cakirlar SK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Genzo Wakabayashi from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
