In the 13th match minute, Daday was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurettin Arslantürk to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rüknettin Peşrev during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Daday booed when Mihaliccik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüknettin Peşrev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafettin Koray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Hakkı Deniz Sayman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafettin Koray in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, İlker Peker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hakkı Deniz Sayman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nadir Talayman in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Şensoy Tufan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Akalp. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafettin Koray was the one to do the kick off. Arif Akalp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şensoy Tufan's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Arif Oyum kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 60 minutes, Sancarbey Özerman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mihaliccik and the Daday players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Mihaliccik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sancarbey Özerman to maneuver through the defense. The referee showed Nurettin Arslantürk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Daday's Nurettin Arslantürk got a free kick in the 89th minute. Nadir Talayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Daday supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mihaliccik's performance. The match ended with a win for Mihaliccik.
