Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Celil Akcebe kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celil Akcebe in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aytunç Oğuz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baturalp Korgan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Hıdır Boysan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Baturalp Korgan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Baturalp Korgan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hıdır Boysan having to make a save. Sancar Şükran kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Kunter Müfit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aytunç Oğuz having to make a save. Gerze FK's Hıdır Boysan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faruk Işınay in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Halit Fahri Özkutal during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Halit Fahri Özkutal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Hıdır Boysan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baturalp Korgan, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Faruk Işınay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hıdır Boysan having to interfere. Aytunç Oğuz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kunter Müfit in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Baturalp Korgan made the kick off in the second half. Hıdır Boysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturalp Korgan in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Ulubey SK booed when Gerze FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teoman Yücel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Kunter Müfit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Ulubey SK's goal looked a bit too open when Celil Akcebe came free, but Aytunç Oğuz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Gerze FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halit Fahri Özkutal to maneuver through the defense. Ulubey SK's Baturalp Korgan got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kunter Müfit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aytunç Oğuz having to interfere. Kunter Müfit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gerze FK's zone, Baturalp Korgan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hıdır Boysan came out of the goal and Baturalp Korgan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kunter Müfit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aytunç Oğuz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ulubey SK's zone, Kunter Müfit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aytunç Oğuz came out of the goal and Kunter Müfit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerze FK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ulubey SK for a fine match.
