In the 29th minute Erdeniz Tuğalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertaç Arıhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Doğu Atletik getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alpay Akkın hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Alpay Akkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ertaç Arıhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karahan Mutluer in the 35th minute of play. Vahap Timuroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğuhan Baykut in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karahan Mutluer in the 39th minute of play forced Doğu Atletik's goalkeeper Ertaç Arıhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karahan Mutluer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ertaç Arıhan having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karahan Mutluer got free with Ertaç Arıhan in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karahan Mutluer to make the kick off. Doğu Atletik's Ertaç Arıhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahadır Cansefa in the 53rd minute of play. Doğuhan Baykut succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 56th playminute. Ertaç Arıhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekrem Urangu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The Doğu Atletik fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Doğu Atletik's Doğuhan Baykut looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Doğu Atletik's zone, Karahan Mutluer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ertaç Arıhan came out of the goal and Karahan Mutluer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karahan Mutluer in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ertaç Arıhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Karahan Mutluer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Doğu Atletik got a freekick which was hit by Doğuhan Baykut. After 89 minutes of play, Doğu Atletik's Sacit Uğurtan made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vahap Timuroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Karahan Mutluer in the 95th minute of play forced Doğu Atletik's goalkeeper Ertaç Arıhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
