Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gafur Karakaya started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 20 minutes into the match, Antalya's goalkeeper Robin Asplund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lütfi Tankut. Robin Asplund made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Lütfi Tankut sent off a good shot on target. When Lütfi Tankut came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Menekse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lütfi Tankut couldn't finish the play. Robin Asplund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Başeğmez in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Menekse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lütfi Tankut to maneuver through the defense. Hıdır Mengübay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Birol Orgunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arif Başeğmez in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Asplund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lütfi Tankut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Asplund having to interfere. Hıdır Mengübay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gafur Karakaya in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Başeğmez to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Menekse's Gökçe Karaman got a free kick in the 54th minute. Gafur Karakaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robin Asplund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lütfi Tankut's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Sezen Cezri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arif Başeğmez in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robin Asplund saved Antalya from getting behind. When Menekse's Lütfi Tankut in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Antalya's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Menekse's Şener Polat got a free kick in the 70th minute. Menekse's Hıdır Mengübay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Menekse from getting a goal against them. Menekse's Hıdır Mengübay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gafur Karakaya in the 73rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Lütfi Tankut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Asplund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Arif Başeğmez sped through Antalya's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Robin Asplund. After 90 played minutes Antalya got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Rıfat Pertev. Robin Asplund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Başeğmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Menekse fans cheered their team off the field, for while Antalya had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
