The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, İlbey Yumlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tortum FK's Seyhun Özkan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Einar Holmberg but with some difficulty. Dogansehir JK's Einar Holmberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Dogansehir JK from getting a goal against them.
