Atalay Celilay kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Songurbey Özekan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhan Veli Ermiye in the 17th minute of the match. GALATASARAY's Songurbey Özekan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Veli Ermiye in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erbatur İlkim in the 22nd minute of play forced GALATASARAY's goalkeeper Songurbey Özekan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atalay Celilay charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atalay Celilay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BİLGE FC booed when GALATASARAY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalay Celilay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Orhan Veli Ermiye made a precise shot to the right of Songurbey Özekan. GALATASARAY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 40 minutes of play, GALATASARAY's İldeniz Özbekkan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Ege Timurkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orhan Veli Ermiye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Songurbey Özekan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Ahmet Ali Sezer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when BİLGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çetin Çalapover didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Ali Sezer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. BİLGE FC's Oğuzer Hür suffered a sore thigh after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 63 played minutes GALATASARAY got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ali Sezer. In the 64th minute, Orhan Veli Ermiye reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Songurbey Özekan. The goal made the score 1-2. Songurbey Özekan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kartal Derelioğlu in the 67th minute of play. After some careless play in the BİLGE FC defense, Ahmet Ali Sezer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Ege Timurkan. The BİLGE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Ege Timurkan should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute, BİLGE FC's Kartal Derelioğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Orhan Veli Ermiye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Songurbey Özekan made a huge save. In the 82nd minute of the match BİLGE FC got a corner. GALATASARAY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andaç Akil ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 87 played minutes BİLGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Aytekin Albayrak. After 89 minutes of play, GALATASARAY's Ahmet Ali Sezer made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Ege Timurkan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orhan Veli Ermiye's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Songurbey Özekan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. With a little luck, GALATASARAY's Songurbey Özekan got control of the ball when Erbatur İlkim tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Kartal Derelioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songurbey Özekan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songurbey Özekan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orhan Veli Ermiye in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Orhan Veli Ermiye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Songurbey Özekan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BİLGE FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
