An unexpectedly hard shot by Melik Kerem in the 3rd minute of play forced Gemerek SK's goalkeeper Yavuz Bülent Halıcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Temel Akça made a precise shot to the right of Yavuz Bülent Halıcı. Gemerek SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gemerek SK's Yavuz Bülent Halıcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melik Kerem in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gemerek SK's Ekrem Durak got a free kick in the 8th minute. When KAPLAN SK's Temel Akça in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gemerek SK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recai Açıker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niyazi Ulualp took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Recai Açıker. Recai Açıker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Temel Akça, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melik Kerem in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yavuz Bülent Halıcı saved Gemerek SK from getting behind. Temel Akça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melik Kerem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yavuz Bülent Halıcı having to make a save. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Temel Akça sent off a good shot on target. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Temel Akça showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 71 minute of play. Temel Akça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Temel Akça in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yavuz Bülent Halıcı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute, Temel Akça made a precise shot to the right of Yavuz Bülent Halıcı. Gemerek SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. KAPLAN SK's Recai Açıker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niyazi Ulualp in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute Abbas Eskicioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Recai Açıker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fikri Yücelay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded KAPLAN SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gemerek SK.
