The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ahmet Boran Taçkın didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Israel Ur went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 9 minutes into the match, Israel Ur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Boran Taçkın. KNT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Israel Ur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 13th minute, KNT's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kunter Ekincioğlu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 14 minutes, Yavuz Selimhan Güdeş mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KNT and the Erzurumspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ateş Tekecan's late challenge caught a Erzurumspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ateş Tekecan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, KNT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ateş Tekecan to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Kunter Ekincioğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Boran Taçkın. The crowd rose to their feet as Israel Ur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Boran Taçkın. That made the score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 31st minute Israel Ur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Taçkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Boran Taçkın was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Israel Ur capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Israel Ur really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Ahmet Boran Taçkın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erzurumspor. Kunter Ekincioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ahmet Boran Taçkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Erzurumspor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
