The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ekrem Sümeroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pekin Geylanoğullarından having to interfere. José Augusto Trancoso took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pekin Geylanoğullarından. Pekin Geylanoğullarından dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ekrem Sümeroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doğaner Tosun took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pekin Geylanoğullarından. Pekin Geylanoğullarından dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the game, CemCeminay SK's Ekrem Sümeroğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pekin Geylanoğullarından made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 16th minute, Gökmen Usalan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zekai İksir fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CemCeminay SK's protests and gave Zekai İksir a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CemCeminay SK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Zekai İksir hit a great ball. Burhanettin Tunay struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Olov Zachrisson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acigöl FK. After a defensive mix-up in Acigöl FK's zone, José Augusto Trancoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pekin Geylanoğullarından came out of the goal and José Augusto Trancoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pekin Geylanoğullarından took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekrem Sümeroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Augusto Trancoso's late challenge caught a Acigöl FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Augusto Trancoso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CemCeminay SK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. José Augusto Trancoso hit a great ball. The supporters of CemCeminay SK booed when Acigöl FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sarp Yılmaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Ekrem Sümeroğlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pekin Geylanoğullarından showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arif Gaffar Başar charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Gaffar Başar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CemCeminay SK booed when Acigöl FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Gaffar Başar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İsmail Orhun Yuluğ to strike the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes of play, CemCeminay SK's Ekrem Sümeroğlu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pekin Geylanoğullarından was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pekin Geylanoğullarından was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and José Augusto Trancoso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. José Augusto Trancoso really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 71st match minute, Acigöl FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Orhun Yuluğ to maneuver through the defense. Bahattin Yekta's late challenge caught a Acigöl FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olov Zachrisson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmail Orhun Yuluğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Pekin Geylanoğullarından came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by CemCeminay SK's Ekrem Sümeroğlu. But to his dismay, Ekrem Sümeroğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After 77 played minutes CemCeminay SK got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Trancoso. Pekin Geylanoğullarından made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Trancoso in the 80th minute of play. Olov Zachrisson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmail Orhun Yuluğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekrem Sümeroğlu got free with Pekin Geylanoğullarından in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Acigöl FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CemCeminay SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
