Rüstem Bostancı who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Yavuz Bülent Halıcı when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 6th minute, Niyazi Ulualp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Güntekin Tugal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gemerek SK's goalkeeper Yavuz Bülent Halıcı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Vecdi Gürtuna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Ertuğrul Cingöz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yavuz Bülent Halıcı. Ertuğrul Cingöz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 19th minute Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güntekin Tugal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç in the 24th minute of play forced Çavuşbaşı FC's goalkeeper Güntekin Tugal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes, Poyraz Seyran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Çavuşbaşı FC and the Gemerek SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Çavuşbaşı FC's Poyraz Seyran got a free kick in the 37th minute. Güntekin Tugal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç in the 39th minute of the match. The wind increased when Rüstem Bostancı made the kick off in the second half. Güntekin Tugal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Hakan Yalavaç in the 52nd minute of play. Gemerek SK's Yavuz Bülent Halıcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poyraz Seyran in the 53rd minute of play. When Niyazi Ulualp fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gemerek SK's protests and gave Niyazi Ulualp a yellow card for diving instead. Niyazi Ulualp kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes Gemerek SK got a freekick which was hit by Uğurcan Batır. When Poyraz Seyran came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Çavuşbaşı FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Poyraz Seyran couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Çavuşbaşı FC's Ecevit Tahir got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Abbas Eskicioğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gemerek SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Çavuşbaşı FC the free kick. After 65 played minutes Gemerek SK got a freekick which was hit by Abbas Eskicioğlu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niyazi Ulualp got free with Güntekin Tugal in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Poyraz Seyran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Çavuşbaşı FC's Rüstem Bostancı got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, İlker Ulucan notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Gemerek SK's Yavuz Bülent Halıcı. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Güntekin Tugal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uğurcan Batır in the 84th minute. When Çavuşbaşı FC's Rüstem Bostancı in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yavuz Bülent Halıcı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. İlker Ulucan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Yavuz Bülent Halıcı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
