Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gündüz Yadigar started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kastamonu JK's goalkeeper Talat Uçbay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Muhittin Uzsoy came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the KeSRiM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Muhittin Uzsoy couldn't finish the play. Dündar Kadir scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Volkan Sanih, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 23 minutes into the match, KeSRiM's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Kadir came free, but Volkan Sanih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hasan Tahsin Bağışhan struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Talat Uçbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KeSRiM. The supporters of KeSRiM booed when Kastamonu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çelebi Kelami didn't get a good kick on the ball. Volkan Sanih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Kadir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Talat Uçbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Latif Elçibey's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Latif Elçibey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Talat Uçbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KeSRiM's Muhittin Uzsoy got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Latif Elçibey lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Talat Uçbay. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Latif Elçibey made a kick off. With a little luck, KeSRiM's Volkan Sanih got control of the ball when Dündar Kadir tried to sneak it across the goal line. Talat Uçbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Latif Elçibey in the 53rd minute of play. Muhittin Uzsoy struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Talat Uçbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KeSRiM. An unexpectedly hard shot by Latif Elçibey in the 60th minute of play forced Kastamonu JK's goalkeeper Talat Uçbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gündüz Yadigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volkan Sanih having to interfere. In the 67th minute Gündüz Yadigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volkan Sanih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasan Tahsin Bağışhan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dündar Kadir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Latif Elçibey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Talat Uçbay was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Talat Uçbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhittin Uzsoy in the 78th minute of play. Talat Uçbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Latif Elçibey in the 82nd minute of the match. Muhittin Uzsoy struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Talat Uçbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KeSRiM. Abdullah Olcay hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute of the match Zülfikar Satıbey sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Talat Uçbay skillfully saved the ball. 2-1 became the score in the 87th minute when Latif Elçibey elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. KeSRiM's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
