Costin Tremurici didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Talat Uçbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenan Safvetullah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costin Tremurici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Kelami in the 16th minute of play. Talat Uçbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peker Onuker, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cenan Safvetullah during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Kastamonu JK's zone, Cenan Safvetullah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Talat Uçbay came out of the goal and Cenan Safvetullah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Acun Alptekin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Binali Tezay fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FURKAN FK's protests and gave Binali Tezay a yellow card for diving instead. 34 minutes into the game, Kastamonu JK's Dündar Kadir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costin Tremurici made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Acun Alptekin came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the FURKAN FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Acun Alptekin couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gündüz Yadigar to make the kick off. Talat Uçbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cenan Safvetullah in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Binali Tezay got free with Talat Uçbay in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Talat Uçbay was a little too slow when Cenan Safvetullah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 2-1. FURKAN FK made a substitution. Tadeusz Okopny replaced Okaner Erendiz. Talat Uçbay had great luck who in the 62ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Cenan Safvetullah from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Kastamonu JK's Talat Uçbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Binali Tezay in the 63rd minute of play. If Cenan Safvetullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Acun Alptekin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kastamonu JK's Gündüz Yadigar got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FURKAN FK's Cenan Safvetullah got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Acun Alptekin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FURKAN FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cenan Safvetullah in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Talat Uçbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cenan Safvetullah got in the 86th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Talat Uçbay handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The Kastamonu JK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
