In the 3rdth minute of the game Cenan Safvetullah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ömer Batu's Şerafettin İdrisoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When FURKAN FK's Cenan Safvetullah, in the 3rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FURKAN FK. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cenan Safvetullah's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. A hard shot 9 in the game by Mahsun İstanbul from a close distance when the talented Costin Tremurici managed to make a qualified save. FURKAN FK's players were relieved. Mahsun İstanbul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Tremurici having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Cüneyt Şiraz in the 14th minute of play forced FURKAN FK's goalkeeper Costin Tremurici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Cenan Safvetullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şerafettin İdrisoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acun Alptekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Ömer Batu's Arcan Kandemir seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arcan Kandemir the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ömer Batu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arcan Kandemir had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 18 played minutes Ömer Batu got a freekick which was hit by Arcan Kandemir. 23 minutes into the match, FURKAN FK's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Cüneyt Şiraz came free, but Costin Tremurici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes FURKAN FK got a freekick which was hit by Binali Tezay. In the 26th minute Cenan Safvetullah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şerafettin İdrisoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ömer Batu booed when FURKAN FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peker Onuker didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ömer Batu's zone, Acun Alptekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When Murat Beyzade fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FURKAN FK's protests and gave Murat Beyzade a yellow card for diving instead. Murat Beyzade kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Battal Cüneyt Şiraz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Battal Cüneyt Şiraz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ömer Batu's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Cüneyt Şiraz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Tremurici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acun Alptekin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Costin Tremurici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Battal Cüneyt Şiraz in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Cenan Safvetullah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şerafettin İdrisoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cenan Safvetullah's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. With a little luck, Ömer Batu's Şerafettin İdrisoğlu got control of the ball when Acun Alptekin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The FURKAN FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FURKAN FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
