In the 43rd minute, Kurtköy's Mevlüt Akgül ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gaffar Sarik. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gürol Akyazıcı to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 71stth minute of the game Gürol Akyazıcı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Per Aspera ad Astra's Gaffar Sarik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Çeliker Özgenc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.
