In the 26th match minute, Martı Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selami İlkutay to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Martı Spor Kulübü defense, Gaspar Pelayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Burhan Geylanoğullarından. The Martı Spor Kulübü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Burhan Geylanoğullarından should have stopped the shot. George Apetroaiei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Apetroaiei in the 93rd minute of play forced Martı Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Burhan Geylanoğullarından to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burhan Geylanoğullarından took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Başaran Umut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Akçadağ FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Martı Spor Kulübü had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
