Gaspar Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Akçadağ FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tayfun Samim came free, but Mehmet Emrah Neba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Akçadağ FK's Bruce Austruy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Uğuralp Üstündağ. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. If Gaspar Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 23rd minute, George Apetroaiei fired away a shot on goal. Uğuralp Üstündağ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Gaspar Pelayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uğuralp Üstündağ having to interfere. Akçadağ FK's Gaspar Pelayo got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Akçadağ FK's goal looked a bit too open when Esen Canal came free, but Mehmet Emrah Neba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akçadağ FK's Mehmet Emrah Neba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tayfun Samim in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Akçadağ FK booed when Karaman JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barışcan Hedef didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes, Miroslav Ivánek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akçadağ FK and the Karaman JK players grew even worse after the yellow card.
